Here at Koalaa, we are on a mission to make comfortable, desirable, and affordable prosthetic limbs accessible to everyone worldwide. Our innovative approach involves designing and manufacturing soft prostheses, making them more accessible than ever.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact and join our team of limb buddies. If you have a background in customer service, a genuine interest in assisting individuals with limb differences and enjoy creating meaningful connections, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
Limb Buddy Role
As a limb buddy, you'll be the friendly face behind responding to all of our user enquiries, scheduling 1-to-1 video calls, helping with taking accurate measurements for their soft prosthetic, and ensure a positive experience throughout their unique journey.Â
Full-time salary: £22,500.Â
Remote & flexible working hours, but expected to take calls outside of normal working hours for worldwide customers
Essential - Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Koalaa)
Essential - Computer literacy (Excel & Word)
Desirable - Language skills outside of English
