At Koalaa, we are not just about prosthetics, our passion is providing holistic solutions and support for people with limb difference.
As such, our community is very important to us. We are now looking to hire a customer service assistant - Limb Buddy - who will connect with our users, help grow our community, and feedback to our design team about what users really want.
The best candidate will care about the needs of people, drive for exceptional customer service, and suggest new initiatives that will help our users have a better experience with prosthetics.
Previous experience as a customer service assistant is not essential but having the confidence to converse with a variety of people is. Experience of working with people with disability, particularly those with limb difference, is also desirable but not essential.
· It’s a full time role with starting salary £22,500
· Working hours and location are flexible
· All equipment and training will be provided

NEW88 là cái tên mình vô tình bắt gặp khi đang lướt đọc vài bài chia sẻ trên mạng. Thấy khá nhiều người nhắc đến nên mình cũng bấm vào xem thử. Mình chỉ xem nhanh giao diện để có cái nhìn ban đầu thôi, nhưng thấy cách trình bày khá gọn, các mục được sắp xếp rõ ràng nên theo dõi cũng dễ.
Trong lúc đọc vài cuộc thảo luận trên mạng, mình vô tình thấy nhiều người nhắc đến NEW88 nên cũng mở thử xem giao diện ra sao. Mình chỉ định xem nhanh cho biết chứ không tìm hiểu quá sâu, nhưng cảm giác ban đầu khá ổn vì các mục được bố trí rõ ràng, nội dung chia thành từng phần nên nhìn không bị rối. Mình thử chuyển qua vài mục thì thao tác tương đối nhanh, việc tìm thông tin cũng thuận tiện hơn mình nghĩ. Tổng thể giao diện khá thoáng, các phần chính đều dễ nhận biết nên chỉ cần lướt qua một vòng là có thể nắm được cách bố trí trên trang.
