Introducing our new sleeve covers range!

Updated: Mar 25, 2022

We know that having the option to personalise a Koalaa prosthetic is something many members of the #KoalaaCommunity really value.

It’s one of the reasons why our white sleeves are so popular – particularly with our younger users. They can be drawn on and coloured in with washable felt tip pens, then popped in the washer when you want a change (or the sleeve needs a clean)!

So, to help give our users even more options, our design team has been busy working away on some fantastic new, readymade sleeve cover designs, and we’re delighted to introduce them to you here.

They have been created using fabric designs that have been hand drawn by our very own, super talented, Lauren and Esme.

We will also be adding more in the coming months too.

Project Limitless – get a free cover for your child

We know from speaking to parents who’ve trialled the new covers that they can help with building confidence, especially amongst our younger users. Which is why we’re excited to say they will be available as part of Project Limitless.

As well as receiving a Koalaa sleeve, every child coming to us through Project Limitless will receive a free cover of their choice too. And those children with Koalaa sleeves already can now request a free cover too.

For adults and users outside the UK

The covers are also available to purchase. Speak to your Limb Buddy for the full details.

And if nothing catches your eye right now, then don’t worry. We will be adding more options in the coming months, so watch this space.

Have an idea for a sleeve design?

We’re planning to keep adding more and more sleeve cover designs and we'd love to hear your ideas.

Is there a particular colour or pattern you love? Or a theme or style of cover you'd like us to create?

All ideas are welcome and we cannot wait to hear them.
